Hello and welcome! I am a registered Arts Therapist and counselor based in Sydney. I provide art therapy and counselling to those with a diagnosis of ADHD. Through my practice, I make an intentional commitment to support individuals in their health and wellbeing journey. My mission is to enrich and empower the lives of others through creativity and connection. My passion for expressive creative arts has inspired me to further explore how art can be used as a tool for healing, and the ways it can be used in mental health recovery as a psychotherapeutic modality.
Having a child with ADHD and having worked in special needs schools with many children with ADHD I have the experience and empathy and deep understanding of the difficulties and challenges faced, I can help create goals and warm and inviting place to raise these issues.
Registered Psychotherapist, Masters of Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy (MCAP)
ADHD has become a be part of my practice of over the last few years. I assist with recognising it, removing any stigma or shame and developing a productive and content life with this specific diagnosis.
ADHD can affect different areas of someone's life, including relationships, career and health. I am very familiar with this disorder and strategies to effectively manage it.
My experience is primarily working with young people & their families. I have also worked with adults in this area, primarily those with offending behaviours.
