Direct experiences of the Divine can be beautiful, but can also be intense and frightening: a journey that is sometimes called "spiritual emergence" or "spiritual emergency." I have a background in mysticism that (unlike many counselors) allows me to hear and accept client's mystical experiences without judgement or assuming they are delusional. I help clients integrate their unique experiences - light or dark - and separate what is life-enhancing and what seems overwhelming.
We are open to all forms of spirituality and are interested in how we can support you by including your spiritual practices and beliefs as part of your therapy.
