You are here because you really feel the mental and physical exhaustion from all the things you manage day to day. You want to take on the world each day, yet constantly feel like you dropped the ball and let others down.
My treatment philosophy is one that combines humanistic values and CBT in helping patients to overcome their symptoms and emotional distress, so they can lead a more fullfilling life. I also help clients with underlying issues/personal styles of responding to situations that are dysfunctional.
Every individual is different, and I am here to meet you where you are. Together, we will understand and learn from your past, live in the present moment, and find ways to look forward to the future.
In our work together, we will explore the hidden thoughts and feelings, the pleasures and pains, the wishes, the memories that have been stored and possibly repressed. Together, we will explore YOU, the way you have lived and how you want your life to look. We will talk about the worries and anxieties that have been weighing heavily on you. We will find paths by which you can free yourself from suffering and begin to live the life that you choose and wish for.
