Depression can look like exhaustion or a lack of motivation. There’s often a flatness or a disinterest in things that were once pleasurable. Depression is often described as a sustained feeling of sadness, pointlessness or grief. It can be intense or subtle but it is ongoing (generally for a number of weeks or longer). There is often a feeling of worthlessness. Together, we can discuss ways to treat the depression. I have a number of tools, including wonderful colleagues, with whom to collaborate, in order for you to feel better and be yourself again.
