Hello there! My name is Rose and I am a Social Worker from Windsor, Ontario. I am experienced working with clients seeking support managing their ADHD symptoms, depression, anxiety and/or body image concerns. I am passionate about providing warm and evidence based interventions to ensure that you get the most out of your therapy. I practice from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework and draw from my own experiences being a therapy client.
I’m a Registered Social Worker specializing in mental health with a Masters of Social Work from York University, and a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Guelph. I’m passionate about working with young adults and youth, and I currently work with a top private practice, Vision Counselling & Consulting. In addition, I also work at a children’s community mental health agency. I’m both committed and effective in supporting my clients through a range of complex mental health concerns as well as challenges stemming from family conflict.
