There are so many ways to look at depression. In my work with clients, it is important to check out not only the history of depression in their lives, to look at suppressed anger as one aspect of how they are depressing themselves, but also to explore their eating and sleep and exercise patterns to see if these aspects of their lives could be depressing them.
