Counselor/Therapist, M.S. LCMHC Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and EMDR Certified Therapist
Generally men are socialized to not show emotion and "push on." This does not serve them well as they are human and therefore have and experience all the emotions women feel, but feel they need to internalize them. In many ways men are different from men in how they relate and process things. I enjoy assisting men in finding a new relationship with emotions and learning healthy ways to express them.
Whether you're grappling with issues related to masculinity, fatherhood, relationships, or mental health, I offer compassionate guidance and practical strategies to help you navigate through life's complexities. My approach is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, fostering a sense of empowerment, resilience, and well-being.
Specifically, I focus on emotional, relationship, and sexual dysfunction concerns for men that can include: healing from traumatic childhood relationships, improving emotional awareness and effective emotional expression, exploring masculinity and overall self-image, and improving symptoms of erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation.
