Self-esteem is built every day. Our thoughts and behaviours either serve us and our self-esteem or erode us and our self-esteem. As a therapist, I help my clients address any self-limiting beliefs they might have about themselves and their abilities. We will also address their personal self-talk to change it from negative to positive if needed.
Self-esteem issues can result in feelings of inadequacy, low self-worth, and a lack of confidence. This can have a profound impact on life and bring with it a sense powerlessness. I work with you to discover the root causes and the ways in which it has manifested. This can help with self-awareness and compassion, supporting you to connect, grow and empower the changes needed to live a full life beyond the hidden inner constraints that low self-esteem holds.
