Regardless, obesity can impact not only one’s physical health, but can be detrimental to one’s social life and self-esteem. Through inner-child work we will work inside out by first evoking self-compassion, then comes connection to the body (with the mind and soul). Through connection, we will learn to make changes by knowing what changes need to be made or how to accept and love our body for how it is. And just like that, sometimes acceptance is the biggest change of all.
