I predominately work with women in my practice. When seeking support with women's issues, this may relate to one or more areas of your health. Mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, relational or maybe something else. I predominately guide women to align in their relationship to Self, their emotions and food (if relevant). Together, we will work to uncover the root causes underneath the symptoms or issues causing you stress or imbalance in your life, and provide practical tools that you can use to support and enhance coping. Gain more mindful awareness about your thought and behaviour patterns, as well as the feelings you might struggle with. Get clear about your goals and establish what truly matters in your life.
