Registered Psychotherapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Health & Wellness Coach
Sometimes individuals benefit from Life Coaching more so than Therapy. This is an individual choice, and for the choice of Life coaching, I focus on an individual's actions and results. Therapy and life coaching do share certain traits and aims. However, whether you choose to work with a life coach or therapist, both work to enable you to make positive changes in your life and become aware of your own emotions.
Being trapped inside oneself can severely limit our options. Taking with an outsider can reflect you back to yourself in ways you cannot imagine. Life coaching is about expanding your understanding of your own identity, and the options you actually have.

Coaching, as in therapy, is understanding what it is you want in life; your dream, what you value and helping you to get clear on that so that you can be supported in your journey.
If you're looking to make change in your life, life coaching is an excellent place to brainstorm, explore hopes and fears, and plan actual steps towards change. Perhaps most importantly, it creates accountability. I've personally used the services of a life coach to help me achieve some of my most challenging (and rewarding) goals, and I'd be happy to help you do the same.
Coaching, goal setting and problem solving are part of how I work. Let's look at the changes you want to make and set a course for where you wish to end up. Certainty gets replaced over time with clarity and confidence.

Do you find yourself struggling to figure out what the next step might be, unclear on which path to choose, or having difficulty finding the motivation or discipline to make a change? Using a solution-focused and client-centered approach, I can assist you in identifying what values are most important to you, how these relate to setting goals, and how to use this self-knowledge to harness your internal motivation, build discipline, increase self-confidence, and step forward.
Embodiment Coaching is a Somatic approach to what your body's voice is trying to tell you. By listening first to sensations, like hot and cold, and then towards unresolved muscle memory; a new story begins to be uncovered. This is a slow, gentle, relaxed process that includes meditation and stretching practices.
