I invite you to bring your own personal relationship to spirituality into therapy, knowing that I will welcome and seek to understand the meaning of this relationship for you from a non-judgemental, open and curious stance. For clients who are inclined to work from a contemplative psychotherapeutic lens, I endeavour to do so both implicitly and explicitly.
