Having worked as a Registered Social Worker for over 12 years, I have established an approach to working with clients that leaves them feeling heard and supported. Together we create a space where you can safely and effectively work towards your wellness goals and make positive changes in your life. This may involve talking things through, processing and making sense of difficult experiences, addressing unhelpful thought or behaviour patterns, or establishing more effective coping mechanisms. Every client's journey is unique. My role is to support you in this process by being a neutral, non-judgemental resource.

It can be near impossible to keep up with society’s body standards and the ‘shoulds’ of diet culture. Through gentle questions, I aim to help clients explore the narratives around self worth, body image, and their preferred relationship with their bodies. I believe we all have stories about our bodies and image that are no longer serving us and are hard to let go.
