Forgiveness is a deeply personal journey and can be a powerful tool for healing. However, it's important to recognize that forgiveness is not always necessary and it does not excuse or condone the actions of those who have hurt you. Sometimes, the most compassionate choice is to focus on your own healing and boundaries without feeling pressured to forgive. Forgiveness, when it feels right, can help release the hold that pain has on your heart, but it is not a requirement for your healing or peace. You deserve to honor your feelings and take the steps that are best for your well-being. Remember, your journey is unique, and it's okay to prioritize your needs and healing above all else.
I seek to create a space of openness, safety, and accountability in our work work. Forgiveness can be a major block in our relationship with ourselves and with others. My aim is to help address those hurts fast and with care, so that you can move forward toward the stronger relationship that you want. Book a free consultation to explore if we are a good fit.

I realize how many clients are searching for greater peace and serenity in their lives and how some individuals benefit from the concept and application of forgiveness in their lives. I am comfortable and willing to explore with individuals who are interested in exploring how forgiveness might be helpful to them.
Forgiveness has been linked with many health concerns, if you are looking to heal and grow from painful experiences, this focus can be pivotal for overall health and growth.
Cultivating self-compassion can often assist us in extending compassion and forgiveness to others. Looking at life through a spiritual lens can also help us to ask the deeper questions about why something painful happened and what we are meant to be learning.
Through relational, spiritual and mindfulness based interventions, I support my clients in moving through the process of forgiveness.
Are you having trouble forgiving yourself or feel like you'd like to practice forgiveness towards someone else? Let's work together to look at what that would mean, and look like for you.
