You may be experiencing low energy and motivation to do much of anything, continuous low mood, increased sensitivity and tearfulness, irritability, or thinking you are unworthy or not good enough. Together, we will work to uncover the root causes behind your thoughts, feelings and symptoms to provide you with concrete, practical tools you can use to support difficult emotions. From working together you can develop awareness and insight into thought and behaviour patterns, while learning to relate more amicably to the emotions gripping and pushing you around. When we do this, we can focus more on what matters in our life.
