Men's mental health issues are the most underfunded and under-looked topics in these recent years.
I had my piece of training in exclusive male treatment facilities that support adult men in finding their way to recovery.
Masculinity and our relationship with it can colour a great many of our psychological experiences. It may form a core piece of our individual identity; broaden or constrain our opportunities for connecting with others; and/or influence the kinds of objectives that we set for ourselves in life. As an integrative therapist who is existentially-informed, I'm always interested to explore what masculinity means to my male (cis and trans) and gender-fluid clients, especially if they themselves define it as a theme of interest.
Predominantly sex and pornography addiction are a challenge for adult men. I work with men who are just discovering the true nature and impact of their challenges, from the age of late teens right through to their 70s and 80s.
I provide a confidential and understanding space for men to explore and address challenges unique to their experiences. Through a client-centered approach, I work collaboratively to navigate issues related to identity, relationships, and emotional well-being, fostering personal growth and resilience.
