Whereas shame that is hidden is permitted to grow and thrive, shame that is shared with an understanding and empathic ear has the opportunity to transform. Self-Esteem will be explored through a Narrative and CBT approach. The therapy session will explore your narrative in relation to self-esteem. This will be done through a discussion about your beliefs, behaviour and thoughts about yourself.
