In my experience, clients who are searching for Life Coaching services tend to be highly motivated and are looking for perspective, guidance and accountability. They are eager to soak up knowledge and develop the tools they can use to maximize the quality of their lives and achieve great things. When working in this capacity, I tend to focus more on action-plans and frameworks. In many cases, there can be more traditional therapy sessions that occur when working with coaching clients, but the majority of sessions are focused on ensuring there is an actionable next step.
