Post pandemic many people are facing current losses and experiencing deep grief. I provide psychotherapy to help process and heal the feelings of loss. Loss can be from losing relationships, friends, and family members. Or feeling isolated, struggling with the change from how things have always been, or even no longer having a feeling of safety and security in the world.

With a background in hospital nursing, I have a unique perspective as a counselor about how humans experience loss and grief, and about how compassion fatigue can be managed during stressful times.
