I work to create an accepting, compassionate, and open environment. I'm skilled at addressing sensitive areas including neurodiversity, religious concerns, sexual & gender identities, unwanted sexual behaviors, & complex family relationships. I really enjoy getting to know individuals and working together to navigate challenges and find a path forward that works for you. I also offer a neurodiversity-affirming approach to adult autism and ADHD assessment.
I have a passion for helping individuals struggling with the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Using empirically supported treatments, symptoms can be reduced and life can become much less of a struggle.
I have been working with eating disorders clients, and their families, for over 25 years. I worked in both Inpatient units, partial hospitals and in private practice. Treating a client with their partner, and or their family is my strength. Understanding eating disorders irrational rules is a challenge.
