Body image comes down to self love and acceptance. Through a self-awareness practice, I guide clients through their exploration of their relationship with Self that can lead to greater self confidence, acceptance, compassion and empathy.

I am passionate about supporting those toward a more accepting approach toward their bodies. Whether you struggle with Body Dysmorphia or your dissatisfaction of your body just takes up more space in your mind than you would like- therapy can be extremely beneficial. I want to support people in getting a place where they can be more accepting of themselves as a whole and be more able to tolerate difficult thoughts and emotions related top their bodies that are causing distress.
Body image concerns can have a significant impact on someone’s wellbeing. Addressing body image in therapy will allow you to explore the origins of these concerns, the narratives that uphold these concerns and how these concerns impact you, and how you want to feel about your body moving forward. Therapy, with me, will be a safe space where you can explore the different emotions associated with these concerns and find ways to develop self-compassion and an alternate story that allows you to have the relationship you want with your body.
