I am a registered psychotherapist who draws from a variety of different approaches. I am a mother of 4 children. I love to read, go hiking, meet new people, and traveling. I appreciate the steps that you are taking towards change and growth. I personally understand what it is like to come from a place of needing and asking for help. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety or emotional regulation during transitions. These might include peri-natal period, job transitions/retiring, estrangement from parent/child. I also work with adoptees and first and second generation immigrants in ethnic identity formation.
Therapy can be the stepping stone one needs to get over life hurdles. I meet clients where they are at and encourage each individual to get curious with their lives.
