I appreciate the steps that you are taking towards change and growth. I personally understand what it is like to come from a place of needing and asking for help. I take a holistic approach with counselling - focusing on the various areas of your life and helping you find alignment and balance in all of them. This approach has been beneficial for many of my clients! We must treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. I follow the lead on what each client needs, meeting them where they are at. I take a person-centred, eclectic approach whether that is in person, over the phone, online, or via email.
