First of all the majority of people have suicidal thoughts at some point in their lives. Addressing suicidal thoughts with a mindfulness approach, I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to express and explore these feelings, helping them to observe their thoughts without becoming overwhelmed by them. This practice encourages a sense of detachment from distressing thoughts, fostering a clearer perspective on life's challenges. I will walk with you through this and shift your focus from the challenges and overwhelm to being to see life in a hopeful way.
