Hypnotherapist, Licensed RTT Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotist, Duke Certified Health Coach, Spiritual Counselor
I enjoy working with clients for resolving thinking disorders. We typically work for 3-6 months and check in with progress and set goals for how you want to approach your thinking disorder, helping you find stability and peace of mind.
Struggling with thinking disorders can feel overwhelming, but there are strategies to regain clarity and control. Through personalized therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs, I help individuals challenge distorted thinking patterns and develop healthier cognitive habits. Together, we can cultivate a more balanced and empowered mindset.

We work through the symptoms of your thinking disorder and help you re balance your life and health and sense of well being.
Our thoughts can be a powerful tool that may be both unhelpful and helpful to our wellbeing. Thoughts are interconnected with our emotions and how we behave. Let us unlock some of these thought patterns together to help you distinguish how it affects you and others. My hope is that you will feel empowered to change your thought processes and build strategies towards positive healthier mindsets.
Thinking disorders can manifest in different ways such as Obsessive Cumpulsive Disorder, self esteem, issues, etc. The difference between thinking disorders and personality disorders is that one is specific to how you think vs. how your personality structure may be constructed. With most thinking disorders therapeutic goals focuse on expanding windows of tolerance and challenging beliefs that don't benefit us.
