I am here to empower you to take that chance on yourself — your mind is a powerful force, but you are its master.
Through various forms of therapy, one can explore different perspectives, coping skills, and motivators to establish better relationships; self-esteem and self-direction; deal with complicated family or couple dynamics; face a significant crisis or transition; manage substance use or addiction; and collaboratively make cognitive and behavioral changes to better emotional, mental, and even physical health!
