Jillian played Division I hockey and has plenty of experience and knowledge with sports related anxiety, perfectionism, and pressure. Reegan continues to participate in CrossFit programming and understands the ongoing pressures that come with competing and training.
We identify the specific mental skills the client needs, help them develop an understanding of what it takes for them to perform at their full potential and then teach them these mental skills based on the strategies that work best for their sport or workplace.
