Mindfulness encourages a non-judgmental awareness of the present moment, helping to reduce the intensity of traumatic memories. EFT serves as a tool for managing emotional responses, while IFS offers insights into the multiplicity of the self, fostering internal healing. CBT helps in challenging and changing unhelpful patterns of thought related to trauma, and Role-pPlaying can be particularly effective in rehearsing coping strategies and building confidence in handling triggering situations. My role is to guide and support you through your healing journey, offering compassionate care and tailored therapeutic interventions to help you navigate the complexities of trauma and PTSD, with the goal of fostering resilience, recovery, and a return to a sense of safety and well-being in your life.
