But these aren’t the only ones. We help with emphasizing that the importance is to seak self love and self care above all and see self value.

I also provide therapy to individuals who are in a relationship with someone who is codependent. I will work with you to create boundaries, improve communication skills and be a safe space to process any and all emotions that arise.
