Welcome, my name is Tracey and I help clients with narcissistic abuse/NPD therapy, codependency therapy, dissociative identity therapy and heal BPD relationships. We work together to identify key problem areas in your relationships and progress towards emotional regulation, psychodynamic approaches to establishing safety in your body, healing your true voice, no longer abandoning your soul and reclamation of your autonomy and renowning your authentic soul power in a grounded and spiritual way.
Our clinic centres intersectional 2SLGBTQIA+ mental health and wellness. We are a collective of queer-identified counsellors providing queer and gender affirming therapy to individuals, couples & partners, and families. We are also a neurodivergent team, and offer specialized support around Autism and ADHD. We have a diverse team with a variety of lived/living experiences and professional qualifications to support you along your journey.
It is my life experience that is my greatest asset; I have divorced, found a wonderful life partner, raised 2 children and 2 stepchildren, and went back to school at 50 to start a new career. Although I know our past shapes us, I really like to focus on the present and how to work together to address your issues, set goals and work at reaching them together. Some of this may require the difficult work of looking back, but always with the focus of moving forward.
