The ability to forgive is a central trait is helping people move past the negative emotions surrounding many family and relationship issues. While forgiveness is not required in all situations, for some, the issue of extending grace is paramount in helping escape the bondage of emotional upheaval and obsessive thinking.
Forgiveness may seem like an impossible place to get to when someone has caused us harm.
