Anxiety is something many people experience across their lifetime . When anxiety starts limiting how you want to live, therapy can be a beneficial way to become aware of how the anxiety came to be. I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing anxiety and helped them to minimise the role it plays in their life . This is done through a process of discovery and learning tools and strategies to use outside the therapy room . I have written and delivered programs for children in schools to reduce anxiety.

I currently run a therapy group on Anxiety at Berkeley Vale Private Hospital and attend to people one on one in private practice to help resolve anxiety and work toward finding the wisdom of peoples anxiety and tapping into that.
