Infidelity is a complex issue and can arise from a myriad of situations and circumstances. All situations are unique and can bring with it a range of emotions from guilt and shame to betrayal and loss of trust. Whatever side of the situation you find yourself on I will hold an open-minded space without judgement for you to explore your emotions and support you to unravel the intricacies and complexities of everything involved. Providing a safe place for you to freely express will give you the opportunity to uncover a deeper understanding and gain a greater level of self-awareness and clarity.
Infidelity shows up in many forms, together we can work to look under the behaviours to the source of the actions. Taking full responsibility for impacts, rebuilding trust with self and others around. This work requires committment.
Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist and Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist
Infidelity is an issue that often arises in couple therapy and I adddress this in a non-judgemental manner in the broader context of the couple's relationship over time and in particular the meaning of the infidelity in this context.
