What do you do when you are struggling or feeling lost and overwhelmed? How do you support yourself? For me, well-being comes from knowing that no matter what life throws at you, you can courageously and compassionately face it and give yourself what you need to get through it. It comes from knowing you have the strength and ability to cope with any uncertainty. When we know how to support ourselves, we can face and get through anything.

What has become clearer to me over the years is that we all have the ability to make changes in our lives - to move us in the direction we wish to go - but sometimes it can be difficult to know or understand the steps we need to take to get there. To create the changes we want to see and experience, we need to commit to doing the work which includes opening ourselves up to the possibility of shifting our mindset, like looking into a kaleidoscope. The first look into a kaleidoscope shows an intricate and layered world of colours and shapes, and with a twist of the mechanism, a brand new picture is created, bringing with it the prospect of new possibilities.
As a biracial, non-binary person of colour and fourth generation Canadian I hold that identity is complex and I want to make space for you to be seen for your true, authentic self.
The issues I treat are all experiences I have intimate familiarity with through my own life or the lives of family, friends and loved ones which allows me to operate from a position of deep, inner resonance. As a wounded healer, I consider it an honour and a privilege to accompany you on your own healing journey.
