Unless it is rightful anger - for example in response to cruelty like seeing someone kicking a dog - then anger is actually a cover-up for deeper more painful feelings of sadness or fear or loss. It feels easy to get angry because we have more control. It is an energetic response rather than a passive, helpless response. It is often, also, learned ie copied behaviour.
