Psychologist, Psychologist specialising in Sex(uality) & Relationships
I've been talking, teaching, and helping people with their relationships and sexuality since 2007, and no story can faze me. You can feel safe - I'll get you. I will understand and not judge one bit. This is your journey. Are you struggling with intimacy and sexuality? Are you curious about kinky sex or swinging? Or maybe you want to open your relationship? Or to begin with - actually find a partner?
Therapist, Psychotherapeutic counselling (level 5), MBACP, AdV member Addiction Professionals, MNCPS accred. National Centre For Eating Disorders
My own journey through life has brought me to this point where I am able to use my life experience and professional training to help others who suffer with a range of conditions from addiction & eating disorders to anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress and other issues. I have a holistic view of mental health and wellbeing. I work collaboratively with my clients using both counselling and coaching skills to help promote positive, lasting change.
The focus of my practice is to facilitate the client's self-concept and self-esteem. Issues include anger management; addictions; depression; sexual assault/domestic violence; PTSD; career counseling; and multicultural and diverse populations, among others.
I am an optimistic and accepting therapist, enthusiastic about working with clients in collaborative ways, seeking to uncover and understand, and finding new ways of changing your life and living with fullfilling and rewarding relationships, families and friends.
I skype many clients all over the world, making therapy comfortable and accessible. Therapy isn't curing somebody of something; it is a means of helping a person explore himself, his life. There is nothing too big or too small, if it matters to you it matters, lets start with an email.
