I have consistently and actively worked to help women identify issues (typically along the lines of aging and perceived societal expectations) that impact the values and beliefs that are central to who they are as people. I subsequently collaborate with them to help them use their strengths to enhance those core values and beliefs, and to manage any negative self concepts associated with their sense of self, with a goal of working towards growth and an enhanced sense of self.
Women struggle with so many different challenges that are not reflective of who they are but more so of the circumstances they are faced with. We also tend to judge ourselves more and are our toughest critics. I can help you find who you are today or who you want to be today. I love doing this exercise of self-discovery to help you find your own mission statement or what is in your "pot of gold" at the end our your rainbow. With this new information we can embark on a journey that helps you live life more authentically and purposefully. This is what will ultimately lead to your best life!
