Healthways Services is a small telehealth clinical practice that specializes in medical life care planning, counseling, assessments and evaluations, employment/career issues, pre-surgical consultation, biopsychosocial health promotion and prevention through the use of holistic evidence-based approaches, catastrophic/disability case management, and expert witness testimony/litigation support to individuals that suffer from associated disabilities and/or health impairments.
I am honored when clients allow me to embark on their journey together toward healing and a better sense of well-being. It is also about allowing me to sit with them in their present awareness of reality and not feel so isolated from their thoughts and emotions. Everyone's story is different and unique to their circumstances and dynamics. Seeing a client truly feel heard and finding their voice when they thought it was lost is a profound experience. It can be a reminder their story is not over, but a new chapter is unfolding. Whether I see an individual, couple, or family, I can have an outside-looking-in perspective that the client may not see otherwise.

I specialize in the assessment and treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (cPTSD) to also include the anxiety and depression that so often accompanies traumatic experiences. Since the beginning of my career, I have worked with wide variety of people who have experienced some form of traumatic experience--including combat trauma, sexual assault, chronic physical and emotional abuse and chronic neglect from parental figures.
