As you journey through the stages of denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance, you're met with a range of emotions that ebb and flow uniquely for each individual. In session, I'll create a safe space for you to explore and process your grief at your own pace, help you find healing and acceptance, and empower you to navigate through loss with courage and resilience.
