People in our lives may have implanted these destructive thoughts in our mind, without meaning to. It could have been parents, relatives, family friends and even school bullies. It feels like the thoughts won't go away no matter what. I use Expressive Arts Therapy and talk therapy as a way to better understand the story with you.
