I understand the unique challenges women face when it comes to health and well-being. Together, we will work towards achieving optimal health and vitality.
Women are going through it - with unacceptable laws and regulations, it's difficult to know where to find safety. It also continues to be difficult to feel supported at work, be assertive, find partners that help with emotional burdens around the home, and so much more. We help our clients understand their own feminine values, what that means for them, and figure out what they want their lives to look like as an empowered women!
Not feeling jazzed about the future? Finding love in all the wrong places? Having difficulties in your relationships? Through coaching you will explore how you show up in your relationships. We will look at how to help you make sound decisions, be conscious of "Red Flags,"and how to make healthy choices. If you are uncertain about the future, we will explore opportunities and possibilities that you may have not even considered!
Women dealing with life transitions such as motherhood, marriage, divorce, empty-nest syndrome, aging parents, and issues with teens can come to me knowing they will be heard and validated. Women experience more pressure to perform in every area of life and need support. Did you know more than 50% of women experience "Mother Hunger?"
If you grew up with a less-than-nurturing mother, I can help you understand the difficulties you face in your adult life. I can help you find balance and inner peace so you can become the woman you want to be. I can assist you in finding "you" again.
