Loss and grief are part of life. If you have lost someone you love, or a pet that meant the world to you, and you just can't seem to heal, please allow me to assist you in your healing journey.
I understand that experiencing grief and loss can be one of the most difficult challenges a person can face. Whether it's the loss of a loved one, a significant relationship, or a major life transition, grief can be an overwhelming and painful experience.I help clients navigate their grief and loss in a way that is healthy, healing, and meaningful. While I cannot take away the pain of loss, I can offer support, guidance, and compassion as you move through their grief and begin to find a way forward.
Loss and grief is a part of every aspect of our lives. It may be as serious as a death, but it also may be as natural as moving from one phase of life to another (parenting to empty nest). We live in a culture that fast-tracks the grieving process and we're expected to move on fairly quickly. But fully healing from life's losses is based on our ability to process our emotions and find meaning and peace in the loss.
Our team provides a safe space for clients to navigate the complex emotions of mourning. Through compassionate support and tailored coping strategies, they help individuals process their feelings, find meaning, and gradually move towards healing.
Grief is individual. There is no timeline or "wrong" way to process grief. We will work together to help you navigate whatever loss you are experiencing.
Grief is woven throughout many circumstances we go through, whether that be the loss of a loved one or the loss of something that was important to you. Being able to process and gain tools to cope with the emotions that come with grief and loss is crucial to healing and growth.
Supporting individuals coping with loss and grief, providing a compassionate space for processing emotions, finding meaning, and navigating the grieving process.
“We know when we lose something important that we're attached to that our brain codes that loss like physical
pain.” I understand that we can't fix the loss and we can't end the grief, but I want to help you learn to live a whole and fulfilling life with grief now a part of your experience.
Loss can feel as though you've lost your way, and grief looks different for everyone. In therapy I seek to support you through your journey with loss and grief, find renewed meaning, and develop skills to move forward with more peace.
