I help people with anxiety and relationship issues.
If you are suffering with social anxiety, worry, intrusive thoughts, panic, and/or perfectionism, I will work with you to understand the root cause of your anxiety and learn strategies to manage the difficult physical and emotional symptoms that come with anxiety.
If you are having relationship issues, at home, work or with friends, I will work with you to identify the dynamics in relationships and look at what you can do to improve relationships, set boundaries, or re assess the relationships if necessary (please note I do not see couples).
I take a compassionate and practical approach to my counselling, with a focus on helping you improve the relationship you have with yourself, and identify healthier ways of coping, so you can live a more fulfilled and peaceful life.
