Loss or Grief comes in many forms and each of us experiences this in our own way. As such, it is important to establish a safe place where you can feel heard and have the space to reflect to enable you to determine and work with me to establish next steps.
It’s a natural emotional response to losing someone or something that was in your life that you love. It can also follow serious illness, quality of life, transitions in life, moving jobs, countries, divorce, separation etc.
The effects of grief and loss can be diverse. It can affect us in various ways. We can experience it as a result of a separation or death, or it can be triggered by something as simple as a past experience. Let me support you in your journey to work through the grieving process to, at least, ease the pain and trauma you’ve been subjected to.
