Whilst working as a couple, family and relationship therapist, I have specialised in working through matters of infidelity. There are specific tools, techniques and work that I provide to couples and relationships experiencing the pain of infidelity. Over the past 15 years, I have worked with countless couples to support them through betrayal to find peace and hope within their relationship again.
Infidelity is a complex issue and can arise from a myriad of situations and circumstances. All situations are unique and can bring with it a range of emotions from guilt and shame to betrayal and loss of trust. Whatever side of the situation you find yourself on I will hold an open-minded space without judgement for you to explore your emotions and support you to unravel the intricacies and complexities of everything involved. Providing a safe place for you to freely express will give you the opportunity to uncover a deeper understanding and gain a greater level of self-awareness and clarity.
