I work with individuals & couples from diverse backgrounds to help with issues related to marital and pre-marital relationships, stress, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, separation, women's health, adjustment post immigration and maternity, and work-related issues. I use elements of Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and have a trauma-based approach in my practice.

I am an experienced clinical psychologist and mediator who has worked in clinical, forensic and community settings with individuals, couples and groups to address current and past issues to help them develop life skills to successfully manage challenges and improve wellbeing.
Specialising in trauma recovery particularly after workplace situations that have prompted workers compensation claims, I also provide investigation services using forensic psychology knowledge and skills. My background in training and workplace cultural change assists individual support services.
I am a provisional psychologist who is committed to delivering genuine person-centered and strength-based therapy and providing a space that is safe, welcoming and free from judgment or stigma. As a therapist, I aim to assist and support clients in exploring their unique values and identities. Through my lived experience, I have a deep understanding of the imbalance and distress we can feel when experiencing oppression or being unable to live our authentic lives. When supporting my clients – instead of assuming the expert position – I partner with them, exploring their potential and understanding who they want to be. During the therapy journey, my goal is to create a secure place where my clients can be heard.
The focus of my practice is to facilitate the client's self-concept and self-esteem. Issues include anger management; addictions; depression; sexual assault/domestic violence; PTSD; career counseling; and multicultural and diverse populations, among others.
