I help clients with ADHD improve their lives in a range of important areas typically impacted by the issue. This generally involves improving concentration and attention, improving organisation and planning, improving social difficulties and behavioural issues, improving emotional difficulties, and managing thoughts more effectively.
I provide customised assistance and support to individuals living from ADHD. My approach is focused on helping them overcome the challenges that they encounter, and I do so with a deep understanding of how this disorder affects daily life. Clients receive the necessary guidance to improve their strengths and manage their conditions. I am dedicated to helping them reach their full potential.
My experience is primarily working with young people & their families. I have also worked with adults in this area, primarily those with offending behaviours.
