Trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) (as well as C-PTSD) can profoundly impact an individual's mental and emotional well-being. Just as each traumatic experience or experiences are unique so are the ways in which we each respond and process them. There isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to trauma therapy but with new research we do know that trauma is stored in the body. I am a trauma informed Processwork (Process Oriented) Psychotherapist as well as Somatic Experiencing informed. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space for you to gradually work through your traumatic experiences to regain a sense of control, and ultimately reclaim your life.
