I want to help people get their sleep and eating habits back on track, get back into control and balance and build more structure with their schedules to get work done and have more productive lives.
Bipolar Disorder no longer needs to be stigmatized, as this is a manageable condition when you have the appropriate medications, therapy and lifestyle modifications.
When this is a presentation for our patients, we look to better understand what may be contributing to this. If this is something that wants to be addressed, and if so, how and when. Pacing is the key here.
