Loss of identity and knowing who you are is so common in unhealthy, abusive relationships. Often times, you've had to live in a way that suppresses your emotions because you don't want to arbitrarily upset your partner. Feeling like a shell of who you once were is also common and I help women navigate through this complex process, recreate a strong identity, RECLAIM your identity, and feel more confident.
